I used to think that you shouldn't have to wear a bullet proof vest around friends. Friends understand. Friends protect. But what protects you from friends? How do you stop these Bullets: Misunderstanding, tension, and hurtful words

I always say that friends and family hurt you the most. When you think about it, they are the only people you allow yourself to be vulnerable to. All you can do is choose your friends wisely and hope you made a good choice. The other choice is solitude, and that's no way to live (in my opinion)
